The platform acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not provide any operational drone services, inspections, data capture, or analysis.

As part of using the platform, users may act in different roles, including as service providers (pilots), clients seeking services, or businesses offering products or solutions. Regardless of their role, users acknowledge that they act independently and are fully responsible for their activities, decisions, and the information they provide.

Users offering drone services acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Canada, including those established by Transport Canada. This includes holding required certifications, complying with airspace restrictions, registering aircraft, and implementing appropriate safety measures. These users also acknowledge full responsibility for the quality, safety, and outcomes of their services and agree to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Users acting as clients acknowledge that they enter into agreements directly with service providers listed on the platform and are responsible for verifying qualifications, insurance, and capabilities before engaging in any transaction. Drone Network does not guarantee results or service quality and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided.

Businesses and providers using the platform acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and relevance of the information they publish. They agree to present their offerings in a truthful and lawful manner. Drone Network does not endorse or guarantee any products, services, or solutions listed on the platform.

Drone Network is not a party to any contractual relationship between users. All agreements, collaborations, and transactions are concluded directly between the parties involved, who assume full responsibility. Accordingly, Drone Network shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, disputes, or claims arising from such relationships.

If payments, subscriptions, or service fees are introduced, users acknowledge that Drone Network acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not a party to transactions between users. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Drone Network disclaims all liability related to payments, including delays, defaults, fraud, or disputes.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for maintaining any insurance required for their activities, including appropriate liability insurance for drone operations. Drone Network does not provide insurance coverage and shall not be held liable for any damage, incident, or claim arising from user activities.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. They agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

All content on the platform, including text, visuals, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Drone Network. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drone Network, its officers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from their use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful or negligent activity.

Drone Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms or abusive behavior, without prior notice.

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

By creating an account or using the platform, users explicitly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
